I’ve been using Jaaxy when making my Squidoo lenses for almost two months now. I was actually turned onto the service a friend who was telling me about all the great results she was having with it.
If you’ve never used Jaaxy before, then you will LOVE how easy it is to use. The cool thing about it is that you can sign up for a free trial to see how you feel about it before shelling out the $19 per month for the access. If I recall correctly, you can do a total of 30 searches in the free trial. The lame thing about the trial is that it doesn’t show you all of the results.
However, the trial shows you enough in terms of how the service works and I ended up signing up for a paid account way before my trial was over.
By far, the best feature of Jaaxy is the KQI, or Keyword Quality Indicator. You can see it in action in the image below.
You will notice the the KQI column has colored dots in it. Green dots are the ones that are easy to rank, orange is so-so and red is a no-no, or at least very difficult.
Thanks to that KQI column, Jaaxy is perfect for lazy SEO peeps like me. Want to know how I do keyword research for my Squidoo lenses with Jaaxy?
I enter in a keyword and go through the list until I find some green KQI keywords. Then, I just make a lens on those. Of course, that’s if there is some traffic for those keywords in the monthly searches column.
Sometimes I do a little more quality keyword research with a variety of tools, but when I want to crank out lenses fast without wasting too much time on research, this is how I do it.
If you want to check it out, take it for a test drive yourself. Free Jaaxy trial here.
